The Organizational Development Intern will add value to Accion, through support of the organization’s performance and talent management processes and implementation of high quality organizational development initiatives and programs designed to ensure excellence in attaining Accion’s mission and objectives. He/She will strategize, develop and support key organizational activities during the duration of the internship, including the annual employee engagement survey, the annual talent review process, and the re-design of Accion’s corporate mentor program.
The intern will also look closely at Accion’s performance management process and the way it is introduced to new hires through on boarding and interim review processes.
The intern will gain exposure to the organization and employee development in a global non-profit organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate student to apply and expand their skills in data input and analysis, communications, and training and development in a non-profit Human Resources setting.
Accion Mentor Program
