Accion is seeking a 2017 Operations and Annual Fund Temporary Employee to assist the Resource Development team in its heavy fundraising period through the end of December 2017. Tasks will include administrative and clean-up work related to the Raiser's Edge fundraising database, such as updating records, running queries and reports, filing, assisting with mailings and acknowledgements, and other assignments as they arise.

  • Assist with projects focused on data integrity within Raiser's Edge
  • Maintain donor files and documentation
  • Assist with acknowledgements, mailings, and inventory management
  • Complete a donor file digitization project
  • Assist with data entry, administrative work, and department projects as needed
  • Support research and fundraising initiates




  • Excellent organizational skills and superb attention to detail
  • Ability to work both as a team member and independently
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with Raiser's Edge or other fundraising database is a plus
  • Quick to learn new software and technology
  • A can-do attitude
  • Interest in nonprofit fundraising, administration, or domestic/international economic development 
  • Interest in our mission and a willingness to embody our values of excellence, respect, and passion for social change
