About the Partnership for Responsible Financial Inclusion:

The Partnership for Responsible Financial Inclusion (PRFI, formerly the Microfinance CEO Working Group) is a collaborative effort by the CEOs of ten leading global organizations whose impact is felt in 86 countries on five continents, and whose products and services are designed to offer support and opportunity to millions of low-income people around the world. Its members include Accion, Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance, BRAC, CARE USA’s Access Africa, FINCA, Grameen Foundation, Opportunity International, Pro Mujer, VisionFund International, and Women’s World Banking. Harnessing the power of the CEOs and their senior managers, the PRFI advocates for responsible financial services and seeks catalytic opportunities to accelerate financial access to the unserved. Its agenda is both industry-facing, working with participants in financial inclusion, and outward-facing, addressing the broader community, especially those who support, influence and set the environment for the industry. The Center for Financial Inclusion at Accion presently houses the secretariat for the Partnership for Responsible Financial Inclusion.
