The Accion Global Advisory Solutions team is seeking a Director, Digital Financial Products who is passionate about re-imagining the delivery of financial products to underserved customers in today’s digital society. The successful candidate will be tasked with spearheading the creation of innovative, scalable and fit-for-purpose financial products that respond to customer needs, such as credit and savings in emerging markets. The candidate should have experience working with and building financial products and should have significant exposure to and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
The role will require you to be able to develop for our partners a digitally enabled product portfolio strategy and roadmap and for each prioritized product, develop the lifecycle from identifying user needs, planning the business case to creating products and services that are valuable, usable and feasible. You will need to distill, document and bring to fruition a digitally enabled financial services product vision using the latest and best practices across product planning, customer centricity and product development.
