Position Summary
The Data Engineering Support team member will learn new data analytical tools and use programming skills for risk data analytics to support three core areas to help drive sustainable growth for our clients: Risk analysis (stability), credit analytics (insight), and growth strategies (quality). Through risk analysis, we help our partners critically evaluate an organization's internal and external risks with an integrated risk management approach. With credit analytics, we use deep data statistical techniques to ascertain the effectiveness of product design, customer identification, underwriting, renewal, and collection policies through traditional and digital channels. By better understanding the environment and data, we identify process improvement and product recommendations to help FSPs develop strategies to increase their efficiency, profitability, and customer base. Working as part of a global, cross-functional team and guided by an experienced Data Analytics & Risk Management Senior Specialist, the person in this role will represent Accion as an advisor to our clients and support various Data Analytics activities for our clients.

Position Responsibilities
This role will support the Senior Data Specialist in developing, on the web, cloud base, and server base, the analytic products created by Accion Advisory, prioritizing those related to risk management and methodology. Also, S/he oversees the analysis, transformation, loading, and maintenance of the data received from the institutions and its processing for use in calculating and developing the different tools produced by the Accion Advisory teams.
S/he supports the unit's commercial efforts by recommending better ways to implement web products, manage data, create standardized data gathering procedures and forms, design reports and analytic structures, and optimize the analytic process inside the unit.
