  • Prepare compensation-related documentation for new hires, promotions, and adjustments.
  • Partner with global HR and Finance teams to support annual compensation reviews, merit cycles, and budget planning.

Employee Engagement & Manager Support

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR policies, workplace concerns, and general HR inquiries.
  • Support managers with performance discussions, and employee relations matters, ensuring proper documentation and compliance and escalating complex matters as appropriate.
  • Assist with investigations and issue resolution as requested.

Cross-Entity & Global Collaboration

  • Support HR needs across both nonprofit and investment entities, ensuring correct employee classification and entity alignment.
  • Partner closely with global HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure consistency with global standards while meeting local requirements.
