We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager to help tell our story.
The Digital Content Manager will play an essential role on our Communications team, working to raise Accion’s profile in the fields of impact investing, financial inclusion, and fintech. This position will work across our teams and with external partners to ensure that Accion’s digital content is thoughtfully created and promoted so it can inspire and inform key audiences about our work andsupport Accion’s mission of building a financially inclusive world.
The ideal candidate has developed and executed a multiplatform content strategy for a global organization, preferably one with a focus on startups, financial technology, or international development. Experience coordinating across teams and managing the work of freelance consultants is essential.
The position will report to the Director of Digital Communications and is based in Washington DC.

We seek a Director, Industry Engagement, to help tell our story and catalyze the sector.
The Director, Industry Engagement will amplify the scale of our efforts to share demonstration models we are seeing in the industry and develop new business. Reporting to the Managing Director of Global Advisory Solutions, working closely with the VP of Business Development, and as a member of the Extended Communications Team, the Director, Industry Engagement will lead our team’s efforts to identify, analyze, and articulate lessons and demonstration models from advisory engagements with innovative companies. She/he will leverage digital/social media to share knowledge; organize events and speaking engagements to build a network and influence the sector; and activate campaigns that promote and amplify thought leadership activities— further positioning Accion as a thought leader and partner of choice.

The Facilities department seeks a Part Time Office Receptionist to support its Cambridge, MA office with reception and light office management duties. She/he will report to the Office Manager, Cambridge.
This position will be part time, planned for 9:00am to 12:30pm, Mondays through Fridays.

Accion is seeking a highly motivated Organizational Development & Learning Specialist to support the implementation of high-quality organizational development initiatives and programs for Accion’s staff globally. Key responsibilities include project management of the professional development funds program and employee engagement initiatives, as well as support of larger programs such as performance management. The Learning & Organizational Specialist is a key member of Accion’s Human Resources department, responsible for internal team collaboration, as well as cross-departmental communication and promotion of Accion’s values.

Accion Venture Lab is the world’s leading seed-stage investor in fintech for the underserved. Venture Lab invests capital in and provides support to innovative fintech startups that increase access to, improve the quality of, or reduce the cost of financial services for the underserved at scale. Since launching in 2012, Venture Lab has deployed over US$20 million across more than 40 startups that work in over 30 countries worldwide. Venture Lab has now raised new capital to scale our work from LPs who include global financial services companies, foundations, and DFIs.
Venture Lab is currently recruiting an Investment Associate to be based in Southeast Asia (location preference is Manila) and will report to Venture Lab’s Director of Asia Investments. S/he will support all aspects of Venture Lab, including deal sourcing, analysis/diligence, transaction closing/process management, post-investment support to investee companies, and knowledge and industry building. The role will be highly entrepreneurial, spanning emerging market venture investing, consulting/management, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on cutting edge innovation in financial inclusion.
Candidates with experience living and working in Southeast Asia, working with social enterprises, venture capital investing, or financial inclusion and technology businesses are preferred.
