Our work enables customers to better understand and access appropriate financial service options, access and use digital tools that allow them to better manage their financial lives and digitize business transactions for expanded access to broader financial services.    Why you should consider working with us:   We strive for impact. Everything that we do begins with an understanding of the end customer, and how we can improve their access and usage of financial services. We understand that to make lasting change we need to focus on creating viable solutions that will provide a lasting, positive impact on the customers we seek to serve. You will be part of our regional leadership team and key member of a global team of passionate advisors addressing real world challenges such as financial resilience for microbusinesses, mitigating climate change impact on smallholder farmers and women’s economic empowerment, through inclusive financial services.   We are ambitious AND promote a supportive work environment. We work hard but we have a lot of fun doing it together. We are an agile, action-oriented team with a high level of trust. As a member of our team, you will have an ambitious agenda, but you will get lots of support and learning opportunities from your managers and peers—in addition to regular learning events, an individual professional development benefit, peer brainstorm and review opportunities, as well as opportunities to contribute to thought leadership efforts. We also surround ourselves with people who have had different experiences and backgrounds to ensure creativity of thought and constant learning.   We are part of a powerful network. We are constantly learning and growing through our inter-regional knowledge exchange across our global teams and partners. You will get the opportunity to interact with and learn from an impressive global network.
