Accion Global Advisory Solutions (GLAS) is currently seeking a Consultant, Gender Specialist to be responsible of co- leading the definition of a women-focused program that aims to empower low-income women and women microentrepreneurs in Latin America, Nigeria, and India, who have been severally hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.  The project looks to understand the challenges, needs and ambitions women have as well as mapping key organizations already working on women related issues through primary and secondary research, help to establish partnerships, support the definition of the concept and structure of the program components, support the implement of the program components in different countries, and help to promote and disseminate the program with partners and end users.   The components of the program include: - Creation of e-learning modules exclusively for women to be offered through Accion´s EdTech platform. - Implementation of bootcamps lead by recognized local women and experts to share their knowledge in various topics. - Implementation of a mentorship program that connects participants with volunteers who have the knowledge and expertise to guide and support them. Accion Global Advisory Solutions (GLAS) is seeking a Content Creation Manager to be responsible for leading the Design and Content Creation of innovative digital solutions for microentrepreneurs, helping them build their management and financial and digital capacities by incentivizing behavior change so that they are able to thrive in a competitive and digital world.‚Äč    Digital solutions are designed by GLAS with a customer centric approach with the objective of enabling Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs) to have more successful businesses. This is done by participating in focused and practical digital programs that will help them grow their business (e.g. make more money, improve profitability) and also improve the resilience of their business (e.g. appropriate risk management, appropriate planning).   Position Summary The role of the Content Creation Manager will focus on enabling learning experiences by empowering people with the digital tools and information they need to succeed in their business by: - Understanding educational methodologies that explain how people learn. - Translating client research into concrete knowledge, skills and learning objectives to be developed. - Creating content that is efficient, effective, appealing, and engaging, inspiring acquisition of knowledge. - Delivering content through digital channels and media. In this role the Content Creation Manager will work with subject matter experts, a diverse range of formats and multimedia production platforms, develop audiovisual content (videos), business tools (budget, sales forecast), and social media content (blogs, tutorials). The Center for Financial Inclusion (CFI) is looking for a Research Manager. The CFI team is driven by our vision of a world where all people are able to use financial services and participate in the economy to improve their lives and prosper. We are looking for colleagues who share our passion to join us on the journey.   CFI is searching for a Research Manager, based out of our Washington, DC office, will play a leading role in CFI’s research and policy influence work across 4 main areas of responsibility: the generation of insights, the communications of insights for impact, program management, and organizational culture. The position requires leadership as an internal thought leader and research lead on a subject domain with a robust knowledge product pipeline (that is focused on driving stakeholder behavior change), strong management of a project portfolio, and commitment to continually building an organizational culture of excellence across CFI.   This Manager position will support workstreams by providing project management, research design, and quantitative analysis support. Specifically, this position will initially support CFI’s longitudinal research project examining the impact of COVID-19 on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and the piloting of a web-based application for measuring and improving consumer financial health. More athttp://www.accion.org   About Accion Impact Management Accion Impact Management is a new initiative of Accion that will house Accion´s new sponsored investment vehicles both for microfinance, fintech and financial inclusion more broadly. Accion has sponsored four top-performing investment vehicles and invests out of its balance sheet. Accion´s balance sheet is housed under Accion Global Investments, which invests in established financial services providers (FSPs) that support underserved micro entrepreneurs, families, and individuals in emerging markets.
