We're looking for a Digital Communications Coordinator to support our engagement and content efforts across our website and social media.   The Digital Communications Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our digital communications efforts on track and running smoothly. This person joins a diverse and dedicated workforce with staff located around the world. The Director will be an integral part of the GLAS team and will develop deep knowledge and understanding of all GLAS programs and activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services and financial inclusion and excellent writing and communication skills. The Director will be able to adeptly draft concept notes and proposals and work in collaboration with the Resource Development team in generating funding opportunities, speaking with donors, and exploring new partnership opportunities.   The position will have a dual reporting structure – reporting to the GLAS Managing Director and to the Vice President of Resource Development. The Director will work closely with the Resource Development and Partnerships team to align on overall outreach strategy and support optimal positioning for GLAS priorities. The Director will work across various internal stakeholders including collaborating with the GLAS Sales Management Office (SMO) as well as with the GLAS Regional Program Managers (RPMs), who serve as the frontline for business development in each of the three regions, and the GLAS Product Leads, who hold responsibility for developing and leading implementing of product strategy and business case. Accion's Global Advisory Solutions (GLAS) team is looking for a Director, Risk and Credit Analytics to develop and disseminate world-class risk management tools, such as credit scoring and analytics capabilities, to be implemented by FSPs and provide guidance and support with respect to the best risk management practices. The Center for Financial Inclusion (CFI) is looking for a Research Manager. The CFI team is driven by our vision of a world where all people are able to use financial services and participate in the economy to improve their lives and prosper. We are looking for colleagues who share our passion to join us on the journey.   CFI is searching for a Research Manager, based out of our Washington, DC office, will play a leading role in CFI’s research and policy influence work across 4 main areas of responsibility: the generation of insights, the communications of insights for impact, program management, and organizational culture. The position requires leadership as an internal thought leader and research lead on a subject domain with a robust knowledge product pipeline (that is focused on driving stakeholder behavior change), strong management of a project portfolio, and commitment to continually building an organizational culture of excellence across CFI.   This Manager position will support workstreams by providing project management, research design, and quantitative analysis support. Specifically, this position will initially support CFI’s longitudinal research project examining the impact of COVID-19 on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and the piloting of a web-based application for measuring and improving consumer financial health. Accion's Venture Lab seeks an experienced investment professional, with a proven track record of making and exiting investments, to work across our global portfolio and drive AVL’s investment strategy. This person will work alongside a dynamic, high-performing team – comprised of ten people, including five investment professionals based in key markets around the world – to effectively evaluate, manage, and exit investments. A critical senior role on our team, this person will also work closely with the Managing Director on fundraising and fund management.   We are open to where this person will be based, but he/she must be able to work from Washington DC for the first three months of the role. The ideal candidate will have experience investing at an early stage in emerging markets and evaluating innovative business models, particularly in fintech and financial inclusion. The Accion Finance team is looking for a Senior Manager who will be based out of the Accion India offices in Mumbai/Bangalore and be responsible for the Finance and Operational functions for the India region. The Senior Manager will support back office functions in coordination with the Accion Legal, HR, Facilities, and IT departments to keep the Accion India office running smoothly and in full compliance with local and tax regulations with assistance from local payroll, tax, and finance advisors. The Senior Manager will develop deep knowledge and understanding of all Venture Lab programs, partners, and initiatives and will possess a strong understanding of financial services and financial inclusion. The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer and have exceptional communication skills to influence funders and drive support for Venture Lab’s work. S/he will help lead the strategic direction of Venture Lab fundraising and play a key role in managing institutional partner relations with both philanthropic organizations as well as current and prospective LPs into the fund. The Senior Manager will be able to adeptly draft concept notes and proposals and work in parallel with the Resource Development team in generating funding opportunities, speaking with potential funders, conducting market research, and exploring new partnership opportunities. The position will have a dual reporting structure – reporting to the Managing Director of the Venture Lab team and to Accion’s Chief Development Officer.  The Senior Manager will work both independently and collaboratively and will contribute to the overall growth of Venture Lab fundraising targets to drive new partnerships, opportunities, and revenue.
